Return and Exchange Policy

At Little Loom, we are committed to delivering products that match your expectations in quality and style. However, if something isn’t right, we offer a simple return and exchange process to ensure your satisfaction.

Return Eligibility

Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item is:

  • Damaged or defective

  • Incorrect or mismatched from the order

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

  • A complete unboxing video must be provided at the time of the return request

  • The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

Non-Eligible Returns

We do not accept returns for:

  • Size or fit issues (please refer to our size guide or contact support before ordering)

  • Products purchased during sale or promotion (unless defective)

  • Products without valid proof via unboxing video

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer care team at support@littleloom.in with your order number, issue details, and unboxing video.

  2. Once verified, we will arrange a reverse pickup or provide you with return instructions.

  3. Upon inspection and approval, we will process your replacement or refund.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after the returned item is received and approved. For prepaid orders, the refund will be made to the original payment method. For COD orders, we will request bank account details for the refund.
